Morgan Grisetti has 20 years international experience in mechanized tunnelling with Tunnel Boring Machine.
Since 1997 he was involved in many challenging projects where unfavorable through extremely poor ground conditions were encountered during TBM excavation.
From TBM Foreman, through Tender Developer, to Project Manager, Morgan Grisetti covered the whole range of positions in the TBM tunnel construction process, by the Contractor side.
While employed as Project Manager for a TBM specialist contractor and manufacturer, Morgan Grisetti was involved in the TBM selection, design and manufacturing process, as well as in site design and tunnel excavation, for the Kishanganga HEP, which scope of works included the supply of TBM and other tunnelling equipment and the construction of 14.6 Km long HRT to be excavated with overburden exceeding 1000m in Himalayan highly stressed formations.
At present, stimulated by the request for flexible and cross-sector cooperation from a previous employing company, he undertook the activity of Independent TBM tunnelling consultant.
